How to upload a voicemail to a bear

If you'd like to upload a voicemail you've already been left to a teddy bear, we've got the steps to do so here. You can upload a loved ones voice message or some big news you received.

Our voice recording boxes are activated when you squeeze the bear, playing your message or recording exactly as you originally heard it. There's a 60 second limit on voice recordings - just let us know if you're uploading a longer file, which times to play from and to.

If you have an iPhone

• from the Home Screen tap on the Phone app
• Select the voicemail you'd like to upload
• Click on the Share icon
• On the Share Sheet, tap on 'Save to Files'
• Select 'On my iPhone' as the save location

If you have an Android

• Open the “Voicemail” app
• Tap (or in some cases, tap and hold) the message you want to save. A list of options will appear
• Click “Save”, “Save to Phone”, “Archive,” or similar option(s)
• Select a storage location
• Save the file

After you've saved the voicemail

When you've finished saving the voicemail to your files, you can head back to your chosen bear and click on the 'Upload Sound Now' option to customise your bear - then click on 'Choose File' (or similar, depending on your version of software).

Once you've selected your file, it will begin uploading to your order - and when the bar goes green you know your file is uploaded.

Checkout as normal and your bear will arrive with the sound included - delivering you a unique gift that can be cherished for years to come.
