At Send A Bear we offer a special extra for your bear. You can record your own voice (or sounds) to put inside the bear. Each time your bear is squeezed, your very own personal message will play. You can record up to 30 seconds long.

You can upload your own message as any audio file at the time of choosing your bear. You can also record on your phone's voice memos app and upload that. Just save your voice memo to files (on iOS), then browse to the folder on our uploader.

You can also record a video if it's easier, we'll just use the sound in the recording.

Recordings will be deleted 7 days after delivery (for privacy reasons). If you have any issues with the delivery, please let us know as soon as possible incase we need to re-record your message.

If you need any assistance with any sound recordings, feel free to send us a message on our contact us page. You can also email your voice recording to hello@sendabear.co.uk with your order number and we can attach the audio file manually.

We'll check your sound recording and get in touch with you asap if there are any issues with the quality or filetype.
