I can not thank Send A Bear enough. I ordered the grey bear and added my own voice note to go inside. It arrived quickly and was packaged beautifully. It was a present for my sister with our grandfather’s voice inside. The bear was also very soft and has made the perfect present. Other services like build a bear make your either go in or over a phone call to add your own voice message which is difficult when the person you would like to add to the voice box has passed. But with send a bear it was a lot easier and they replied to any messages I sent for help.

Just as a side note - I googled the famous 'Build-A-Bear' and created and even placed an order. They will not allow you to email or attach an audio file. Instead, they want you to call a number and record a message! I was worried this would make the quality of the audio degrade so looked elsewhere and am glad I did. That's when I found Send-A-Bear. Something so simple and so well done. Their loss if your gain!

Very satisfied with the bear, good quality, sound quality of the recording was very good. My young son loves it, now he as nans voice to give him comfort and remember her. He sleeps in bed with it every nite, he chose the bear, pink and purple, because it was his nans favourite colours. Way better than build a bear, would recommend send a bear a excellent choice for people who are greiving the loss of a love one.
I paid for an audio to the purging the teddy bear but no sound came out of the teddy bear and i also paid for next day delivery and got it 2 days after
