Delivery Questions

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

We only deliver to the UK at the moment. We're unable to ship to the US, the EU or anywhere else outside of the UK.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Depending on stock levels and the level of customisation, we usually try to get your order built and despatched the same day. Sometimes it can take an extra day or two if you have customised options (such as clothing to dress, voice recordings to program or scents to include).

Once we've despatched your order, we'll send a tracking link and you usually receive it the next working day.

I've not received my order!

If you've received a tracking email you should be able to track it and follow the information provided by Royal Mail. If something's not right we usually pick up on it anyway, if we've missed it please get in touch and we'll help as soon as possible.

If you've not received a tracking email, there could be a slight delay in your order being built and sent. Please get in touch and we'll get right onto it.
