I was so pleased with the Benjamin bear I got for myself last year, so I was excited to gift another to a friend.
My order was completed in no time, customer service was excellent and the team answered my question promptly and were very helpful and friendly.
The bear itself, including the audio, is top notch and the recipient is delighted! Benjamin bear is extremely soft and cuddly and I would recommend Send-A-Bear to anyone.

The chick is amazing quality so lovely and soft and I've been told the voice never runs out like other companies she just has to replace the batteries.
Customer service was amazing and it was delivered within 48 hours of ordering.

I can not thank Send A Bear enough. I ordered the grey bear and added my own voice note to go inside. It arrived quickly and was packaged beautifully. It was a present for my sister with our grandfather’s voice inside. The bear was also very soft and has made the perfect present. Other services like build a bear make your either go in or over a phone call to add your own voice message which is difficult when the person you would like to add to the voice box has passed. But with send a bear it was a lot easier and they replied to any messages I sent for help.

Bought this for my daughter in law to hug whilst she is undergoing chemo, as she has just been diagnosed with cancer. He arrived. Beautifully packaged in super quick time.
