Fantastic Service and Beautiful Item

What an amazing company. I was planning on getting a bear for our little boy from another well known company and I actually thought I’d clicked on their website but it was Send A Bear. The fact I could record a message on my phone and make sure it was perfect before uploading was a winner for me. The whole process was smooth, in fact I think the bear arrived 2 days after I paid. In beautiful condition and the coloured paper in the box is just lovely. Well packaged. I actually cannot wait til I give this to our boy. Thank you so much! I will definitely use again.
