I was looking for this gift for my partner for a long time and could never find a company that could accommodate what I needed until Send a Bear! I got it for my partner who as a child had a teddy bear that sang a specific song and the last time she remembers playing it is in her grannys house who unfortunately passed away last year. Send a Bear were able to put the song into the teddy and make a difficult day a little bit happier. Speedy delivery, will definitely be back again!!

I ordered this for my husband who's Gran bred German Shepherds, she had dementia and didn't really know who he was at the end, my daughter managed to capture her saying she loved him, the item is amazing. The customer service outstanding. Can't recommend enough. Thank you guys so much
