Absolutely gorgeous bear, we personalised it with my sons voice as a gift for his poorly Nanna. Sound quality was great. Came beautifully packaged with a hand written card with our message in and really quick delivery! Would totally recommend!!!

I bought the bear as a present for my girlfriend who had recently lost a loved one. I had taken a a recording of him talking and put it into the bear. The sound quality is spot on.
