What an amazing company. I was planning on getting a bear for our little boy from another well known company and I actually thought I’d clicked on their website but it was Send A Bear. The fact I could record a message on my phone and make sure it was perfect before uploading was a winner for me. The whole process was smooth, in fact I think the bear arrived 2 days after I paid. In beautiful condition and the coloured paper in the box is just lovely. Well packaged. I actually cannot wait til I give this to our boy. Thank you so much! I will definitely use again.

Thanks so much for all your assistance. The Labrador was out of stock and you let me know when it was available again. Ordering was easy and delivery was the very next day!!
