No audio after I paid for it

I paid for an audio to the purging the teddy bear but no sound came out of the teddy bear and i also paid for next day delivery and got it 2 days after

I can see you used Tracked 24 which is a 1-2 working day delivery, it's not a guaranteed next day delivery with that service - we do take all feedback on board however and will look at ways to make this clearer at the checkout.
